TwoPageView is a great open source image viewer that can extract and display all the images contained in any PDF file created using a PFU ScanSnap S510 scanner. Besides, you can use it as a standard image viewer for any set of JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, or PNG image files. It offers you various viewing options, including a stylish slideshow mode.
The program comes with an easy-to-use interface that combines thumbnails with full-size images to help you select the image or images to view among all the image files in a folder. When viewing a single image or when in two-page mode, the displayed image(s) can be zoomed in easily up to 4x for better detail, and you even tell the program to display all of the selected images as a stylish and configurable slideshow. Together with the page advance interval of your slideshows, you can also set your preferences about the picture arrange direction, the page display mode (including the possibility of rotating your images), the image scaling algorithm to be used, or the keyboard shortcuts that better fit your needs.
As a bonus, it is worth noting that TwoPageView allows you to bookmark any of the folders containing images used.
